Care Instructions

• Wash with mild dish soap before first use
• Preheat the empty pan on low to medium heat for 30–60 seconds before adding oil, to prevent sticking
• Cook on low to medium heat, since a high flame isn't needed for tadka
• Let the pan cool before washing to avoid warping
• For stuck spices, soak in warm water, then scrub with a non-scratch sponge
• Remove the rainbow heat tint or white water spots with a little vinegar
• Avoid steel wool on the polished exterior, and wipe dry after washing
