Once your order is placed and payment is confirmed, we process and pack it within 1–2 business days before handing it over to our courier partner. Orders placed on weekends or public holidays are processed the next business day.

Most orders are delivered within 5–7 business days of dispatch, depending on your location. Remote or non-metro pin codes may take slightly longer. These timelines are estimates and not guaranteed, as delivery can be affected by courier delays, weather, or regional disruptions.

Shipping is free on all orders above ₹999. A shipping fee applies to orders below this amount, shown clearly at checkout before you complete your purchase.

Cash on Delivery (COD) is available on all orders for a flat fee of ₹40, added at checkout. COD orders follow the same processing and delivery timelines as prepaid orders.

Orders paid online (card, UPI, net banking, or wallet) at checkout receive a flat 10% discount compared to Cash on Delivery — our way of passing on the savings from faster, guaranteed payment.

Once your order ships, you'll receive a tracking link by email and SMS. You can also check your order status anytime using our Track Your Order page.

If your order is significantly delayed beyond the estimated delivery window, or appears lost in transit, please contact us with your order ID and we'll investigate with our courier partner and keep you updated.

If your order arrives damaged in transit or defective, you're covered under our Returns policy. To be eligible, you'll need to share an unboxing video recorded within 24 hours of delivery, and raise the request within 7 days of delivery. Replacement or a refund as store credit is available depending on your preference.

We currently ship across most serviceable pin codes in India. If your pin code isn't serviceable at checkout, it means our courier partners don't currently cover that area — we're working to expand coverage over time. We do not currently offer international shipping.
