Stainless Steel Hung Curd Maker: Thick Hung Curd, No Muslin Cloth, No Mess

The EVVOLIFE stainless steel hung curd maker turns regular dahi into thick hung curd or Greek yogurt in your fridge. You don’t need to tie muslin cloth, hang anything from the tap, or clean up a dripping mess.

How it works. Spoon curd into the fine mesh strainer and set it inside the steel container. Close the lid and leave it in the fridge. The whey drains into the container below, and thick, creamy hung curd stays in the strainer, ready to use.

Fine stainless steel mesh. The tightly woven mesh lets whey pass through and holds the curd back. It works like muslin cloth, but you can wash it and use it again and again.

Stainless steel body. The container and strainer are both stainless steel. They won’t stain or hold smells the way plastic does, and they won’t react with sour curd.

Fridge-friendly lid. The fitted lid keeps the curd covered and fresh while it drains. A vent tab on top lets air escape. The tall, compact shape fits easily on a fridge shelf.

How to Use

1. Place the mesh strainer inside the container.
2. Fill the strainer with fresh curd.
3. Close the lid and refrigerate for 4–6 hours. Leave it overnight for extra thick curd.
4. Lift out the strainer and use the hung curd. Use or discard the whey.

Care Instructions

• Rinse the mesh right after use so curd doesn’t dry in it.
• Clean the mesh with a soft brush and dishwash liquid.
• Wash the lid by hand and keep it away from direct flame.
• Dry all parts fully before storing.
• Don’t use steel wool on the mesh.
