This round paneer maker turns freshly curdled milk into a neat, evenly pressed block of paneer, with no muslin cloth to tie, wring or wash afterwards.

It comes in three simple parts: a perforated steel ring, a base plate with drainage holes, and a pressing lid. Pour the curdled milk into the ring on the base, and the whey drains out through the side and bottom holes. Then set the lid on top and add weight, and it presses the paneer into a smooth, round block with an even thickness all the way through.

The lid's fold-down ring handle makes it easy to lift off without disturbing the paneer. Because the ring and base separate, you can slide the finished block out cleanly instead of scooping or breaking it.

It's made fully from stainless steel, so there's no plastic to stain, no cloth to smell sour, and nothing that holds on to milk residue. All three parts come apart for washing and rinse clean in seconds.

How to Use

1. Curdle the milk and pour it into the ring placed on the base plate, over a bowl or sink.
2. Let the whey drain for a few minutes.
3. Place the lid on top and press it down, adding weight on top for a firmer paneer.
4. Let it set for 30–60 minutes, then lift the ring and slide the paneer out.

Care Instructions

• Take all three parts apart before washing
• Rinse right after use so milk solids don't dry in the holes
• Use a soft brush to clear the perforations
• Dry fully before storing
